Blackwood Friday Sale
All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Due to high order volume and carrier delays, you may experience an extended delivery window for your order.
Domestic
We accept domestic returns within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Please ensure the tag(s) are attached and the item(s) is in sellable condition.
Be sure to include this packing slip with your returned item(s).
*Please note customers are responsible for all return label costs unless there is an internal damage or error made by BBNY*
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Enter our return portal at returns.brandonblackwood.pro
2. Select the item you would like to return, and select the return reason
3. Print the return shipping label generated (a copy will be emailed to you as well) which is valid for 14 days.
4. Tape your shipping label on the outside of your box and be sure to enclose this pack slip with your returned item(s)
5. Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pick-up via USPS.com
6. Once your package is received and surveyed by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed accordingly
If you received a damaged item you must notify the Customer Service Team at info@brandonblackwood.pro within the 7 days of delivery, with photo verification to receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.
International:
We accept international returns within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Please ensure the tag(s) are attached, the item(s) is in sellable condition, and the original pack slip is included.
There is a flat rate $20 return fee which will be deducted from your refund.

PACKAGE PROTECTION
What is Route?
Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to provide assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Protect is automatically added to all orders at the cost of 2% of the order value.
You can also utilize the Route App to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. How Does Route Work?
If your order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
